We have a regular career coaching technical training with our engineers to discuss about project update and plan technical study meetings.
During lunch each engineer shared their project challenges and achievements.
This was used to subsequently plan each others growth and improvement target areas.

The engineer’s project contribution and growth motivate everyone.
Everone determined to develop their skills and grow together this year too.
