- Strategic Consulting (ex: HSPA+ vs LTE)
- End to End Network Monitoring
We made a demo application which predicts the dog breed according to input picture.
Building on our extensive experience designing, deploying and supporting large enterprise IT infrastructure solutions over many years we provide our clients with machine learning hardware solutions to fit their needs.
These range from bespoke Deep Learning platforms such as NVIDIA’s DGX-1 to server clusters re-using existing hardware.
One example of such work and associated considerations is outlined here (Machine Learning / AI Storage and Infrastructure Considerations)
Avinton designs databases to offer fast access and low maintenance following fundamental DB design concepts for logical data storage while avoiding data replication. Using of the databases features such as triggers and scripting – database maintenance can often be automated reducing the operational overhead.
Each database technology has its own challenges and rules when it comes to tuning and performance. Prior to changing any db parameters Avinton will check query plans to ensure that joins are using the index they are intended, filters are not missing etc. If all seems in order from the SQL and db point of view we may recommend changes to the db parameters and/or hw changes.
Using Business Intelligence techniques we can generate reports showing the values, ranges, distributions and predictions. Trend correlation is another technique we use that gives an indication of how well different metrics in the database are correlated over time for example.
For those with an existing database wishing to expand or add data to the dataset. Avinton’s consultants will understand the existing database structure and fulfill the requested additions or changes.
Avinton provides support for those seeking to use location information in their applications. We have experience in working on GIS systems in different technologies.
We made a demo application about Property Price History of Japan.
A consultancy is geared to those seeking high level advice with regards to technology selection and implementation strategy. Avinton can help you choose the technologies that best meet your goals. For example: OpenLayers vs Googlemaps vs Bing vs Yahoomaps
Location based reporting. Identification of “hot spots” and other location based phenomena based on data occurrances per sq metre. In combination with our BI analyses this could yield very interesting phenomena in the dataset.
Our DB design team will design the database structure for you to be able to access and store your location information effectively and efficiently.
Some map servers reproject the imported map automatically others don’t and hence it is common to have issues related to map projection during the importing of your map. Having met these challenges in the past we offer a service to match your original map projection to that of the target system.
